Pine View Golf Course, which features 36 holes of golf in the heart of the city of Ottawa, recently installed three state-of-the-art High Definition Golf™ simulators to help golfers play and train year round.
Pine View Golf Course, formerly a municipal course, is expanding its business profile under new management as it looks towards the future.
“With ongoing renovations and upgrades, we’re committed to solidifying Pine View’s position as one of Ottawa’s most popular golfing attractions,” says Mike Copeland, new co-owner at Pine View Golf Course. “By adding HD Golf indoor simulators to our facility, we’ve been generating excitement amongst golfers in the area and giving them a place to enjoy the sport no matter the weather.”
The HD Golf™ simulators are equipped with integrated training aids including diagnostic tools for shot analysis, video swing analysis and motion analysis, as well as feature-rich tools for precision club fitting and equipment comparison to help golfers take their game to the next level. In addition, PGA of Canada professionals are on staff at Pine View to help golfers improve every aspect of their game.
“PGA Tour pros and top ranked golf instructors have been using our simulators for a number of years, which is a testament to their high level of accuracy and realism,” says Todd Richardson, President of Interactive Sports Technologies, the makers of HD Golf™ simulators.
Other new features and programs offered at Pine View Golf Course include private, semi-private and group lessons for both beginners and advanced golfers, junior summer camps, warm up cages, and weekly men’s, ladies’ and seniors’ leagues.
“With the new additions, our club has been busier than ever,” continues Copeland. “Our facility is continuously packed and customers are raving about the simulators. It’s great to see the club re-energized, especially over the winter months, and we’re excited about what’s to come at Pine View.”
